Celestine is particularly skilled in helping clients manage anxiety through practical coping strategies, supporting anger regulation, and fostering emotional resilience.
She has extensive experience with teens and young adults, especially around identity, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. Celestine also specializes in couples work, including marital and pre-marital counselling, helping partners build stronger foundations through evidence-based communication and connection strategies. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Leadership, along with her background as founder and professor of a college program, she brings both depth and clarity to her practice. Passionate about empowering others, Celestine is dedicated to walking alongside her clients through life’s challenges.
