Irene is a warm and intentional Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with experience supporting teens and adults through trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, mood challenges, and relational struggles.

She creates a safe space for clients to explore and process past experiences and supports them in their journey to heal the emotional, behavioural, and thought patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Through this process, she helps clients build greater confidence, cultivate inner peace, and develop healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and certification in Emotion - Focused Therapy, Irene works alongside clients to explore the deeper emotions and influences that shape their lives and supports them in discovering new ways of moving forward. Alongside this, she offers practical tools to help clients face life’s challenges, navigate emotions and relationships with greater ease, and build lasting resilience. Her approach balances flexibility with structure, adapting to each client’s unique needs and lived experiences while staying rooted in their broader goals and values, to ensure sessions feel purposeful and aligned with the long-term changes they want to create in their lives.

Fluent in English and Russian, and shaped by her experience growing up in a culturally and religiously diverse home, Irene welcomes clients from all walks of life and is committed to creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment.

Outside of her therapeutic work, Irene finds joy in movement and connection. She loves weightlifting, running through nature trails, and taking long, reflective walks with her dog. She believes in building a lifestyle centred on balance and self-care in ways that feel authentic to each person. In her own life, she recharges by spending time with loved ones and enjoying simple pleasures like baking, exploring new coffee shops, and sharing wholesome meals. A lifelong learner, Irene actively engages in professional development and looks forward to pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the future—a commitment that enriches her expertise while fueling the curiosity and openness she brings to her work with clients.
