Shereen offers a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in restoring their capacity to heal and change. Drawing on an integrative, evidence-based framework, she weaves together Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic practices, and mindfulness to support children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and complex co-occurring concerns. Grounded in psycho-spiritual care, Shereen honours the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—tailoring each session to clients’ cultural backgrounds, values, and goals.

 With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings—including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the Community Counselling Centre of London—Shereen is skilled at navigating high-intensity environments, crisis situations, and interdisciplinary teamwork. She is equally comfortable providing therapy online or in person and is adept at helping clients cultivate emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience while addressing the deeper roots of distress.
