Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, she offers culturally attuned, anti-oppressive therapy that respects the diverse identities and lived experiences of her clients. Suchira specializes in trauma-informed care, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based approaches.

She has extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, family violence, and early childhood trauma, and brings a grounded, steady presence to her sessions.
