Ashley is a compassionate and grounded therapist dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, energy, and meaning in their lives. Drawing on 18 years of experience as a hospital nurse, she brings a deep understanding of the ways emotional and physical health intertwine. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based therapies with a warm, human-centered perspective, meeting each client where they are with empathy and respect.

She believes that healing unfolds through small, sustainable shifts and self-compassion—not perfection. In therapy, she creates a safe and calming space where clients can slow down, exhale, and reconnect with themselves. Her work focuses on collaboration and attunement, helping clients rebuild a sense of hope and vitality at a pace that feels right.

Ashley supports individuals navigating exhaustion, caregiver burnout, chronic illness and pain, pregnancy and postpartum mood challenges, and difficult life transitions. Through a process of gentle exploration and understanding, she helps clients feel seen, supported, and capable again—making sense of emotional overwhelm and rediscovering steadiness within the complexity of daily life.

Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities with a holistic, compassion-focused lens, emphasizing the importance of both emotional insight and practical care. She is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they learn to nurture themselves, manage their responsibilities, and cultivate renewed wellbeing and connection.

Other Areas of Support

Outside of her clinical work, Ashley finds balance and grounding in time spent exploring the outdoors (often accompanied by her rescue dog, Duke), meaningful connection with her family and friends (often found in hockey arenas, gymnastics clubs, and soccer fields). She has a passion for painting, DIY home products, and trying new recipes, finding joy in new adventures and experiences -- a practice she encourages for all her clients when finding balance and creating a self-care regimen amidst often busy and demanding schedules and responsibilities.
