Ivona is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve emotional well-being. With over 20 years in education and a Master's in Counselling Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of human emotions and relationships. Ivona graduated with awards and distinctions in both of her master’s programs, reflecting her commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. She creates a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients, emphasizing empathy and collaboration. Her work centers on helping clients uncover the unconscious patterns and hidden beliefs that quietly shape their choices, emotions, and relationships. She believes that lasting change begins with self-awareness—when the unseen becomes seen, new possibilities for healing and growth emerge. Ivona supports her clients in becoming more attuned to their inner world, so they can reconnect with their most authentic selves. While she draws from evidence-based approaches such as EFT, CBT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy, her work is always guided by the unique story and wisdom of each client. Ivona is dedicated to walking alongside you on your healing journey, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, freedom, and confidence.
