Matt is a Registered Psychotherapist who brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to working with adults and adolescents. He supports clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and identity-related concerns, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for those who may feel hesitant or overwhelmed.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in education, Matt has developed a deep understanding of adolescent and young adult development, emotional regulation, and interpersonal challenges. In his clinical work, he has supported adult clients across the lifespan to manage stress, relational difficulties, chronic health concerns, and major life transitions. Integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Matt’s client-centred, strengths-based approach emphasizes engaging with difficult emotions and is guided by cultural humility and respect for each client’s unique experience and goals.
